Super Bowl 51 Championship Odds

Odds

With NFL Wild Card Weekend in the books, Bovada has released updated futures odds on who will take home the Lombardi Trophy after Super Bowl LI in Houston, Texas.카지노사이트

The game is set to go down on the afternoon of February 5th from NRG Stadium in Houston. All four of the games in the divisional round are rematches of games that took place during the regular season.

New England Patriots

As expected, the New England Patriots hold the best odds to win it all at +180 heading into this weekend’s divisional action. The Pats will be looking to claim their fifth Super Bowl crown in the Bill Belichick/Tom Brady era. They won their second of four championships in Houston when they defeated the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl XXXVIII back in 2004.

Naturally, the Patriots are also the prohibitive favorite to reach the game. Bovada lists New England with -180 odds to claim yet another AFC championship.

Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers

The Dallas Cowboys have +140 odds at representing the NFC in the big game, per Bovada. They figure to have a much tougher road ahead than the Patriots do, though.

This Sunday afternoon the ‘Boys will play host to the red-hot Green Bay Packers, who have won seven consecutive games overall. They relatively easily disposed of the New York Giants at Lambeau Field last Sunday, 38-13.

The Packers and Cowboys met once during the regular season in Green Bay back in Week 6 when Dallas went on to an easy 30-16 win.

The Cowboys have +475 odds of winning what would be their sixth Super Bowl title, while the Packers have the next-best odds at +550. A win in Houston on Super Bowl Sunday would be their third Super Bowl win, but their 14th NFL championship overall.

Pittsburgh Steelers and Kansas City Chiefs

Next up we have the Pittsburgh Steelers at +725 to win the big game. They looked dominant in all facets of the game in a 30-12 trouncing of the Miami Dolphins at home on Sunday, and they are set to head to Kansas City to face the Chiefs on Sunday afternoon.

These two teams also met once during the regular season, and the Steelers cruised to a 43-14 victory. Sunday’s win over Miami was the first time Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown and LeVeon Bell have all played together in a playoff game.

Brown scored two touchdowns from Roethlisberger in the first quarter alone, while Bell’s 167 rushing yards were a franchise record for a postseason game.

The Chiefs will come into the game well rested after earning a bye during the Wild Card round. Kansas City and the Seattle Seahawks are tied for the second-lowest odds (+900) of winning it all.

Atlanta Falcons and Seattle Seahawks

The Atlanta Falcons, who also enjoyed a week off after earning the No. 2 seed in the NFC, come in with slightly better chances at +800. Their high-powered offense is set for a showdown against the Seahawks’ infamously dominant defense in the Georgia Dome on Saturday afternoon.

One of Atlanta’s five losses on the season did come at the hands of these Seahawks back in mid-October. A Steven Hauschka field goal with just under two minutes remaining was enough to put the ‘Hawks over the top by a score of 26-24.바카라사이트

The Falcons have the NFC’s second-best odds of making it all the way to Houston at +240. Green Bay is at +325 and the Seahawks are +575.

As for the AFC, the Steelers have +350 chances of making it to the Super Bowl, with the Chiefs at +425 and the Houston Texans way back at +2800.

Houston Texans

If they are able to do the unthinkable and make it all the way to the last game, the Texans would be the first team in league history to play in the Super Bowl in their home stadium.

They have the toughest slate of any team, though, as they will have to go up to Foxboro and beat Tom Brady and the Patriots on Saturday night. If Brock Osweiler and company are somehow able to slay that dragon, they will face either the Chiefs or Steelers on the road in the AFC Championship Game.

The Texans got off to a 2-0 start to the season before heading up to New England for a Thursday night showdown in Week 3. The Patriots were without both Tom Brady (suspension) and Jimmy Garoppolo (injury, but third-string quarterback Jacoby Brissett had no issue guiding the Pats to a shutout win.

Brissett finished the 27-0 victory by going 11-for-19 for 103 yards along with eight rushes for 48 yards and a touchdown.

Houston is at +5000 to win it all on their home field.

Conference Title Games

It isn’t a whole lot of fun to go with the chalk, but it’s tough to really see many upsets taking place this weekend. The Patriots are hefty 16-point favorites over the Texans, though the other three games are expected to be fairly close.

Dallas is favored by four currently to topple the Packers. The Chiefs are two-point favorites over the Steelers, and the Falcons are 4.5-point favorites over the Seahawks.

The Patriots are a near certainty to take care of business, while Atlanta seems like a safe bet to move on, as well. The other games are a bit more dicey.

Packers at Cowboys

Dallas has been the league’s best overall team for the duration of the regular season, but they have not had much playoff success in the last two decades. They are asking a lot out of a rookie quarterback in Dak Prescott, and on the other side there is plenty of reason to fear Aaron Rodgers.

Rodgers dismantled the Giants despite bad conditions on Sunday afternoon, and in this game he will get to face a more vulnerable defense in an indoor setting in Arlington. There should be plenty of points scored in this one, and that kind of tempo would seem to favor Green Bay’s red-hot passing attack.

The Packers are still awaiting word on Jordy Nelson, who left Sunday’s game with an apparent rib injury. His absence could effectively swing the game, so it’s tough to pick a winner with six days until kickoff. If Nelson is good to go, though, the Packers at +4 is quite enticing.

Steelers at Chiefs

The Steelers sure had the look of a team to be reckoned with on Sunday afternoon. Of course, they were facing a Dolphins team playing without its starting quarterback, plus they were in Pittsburgh. Things will not be so easy for them this time around in what should be a raucous Arrowhead Stadium.

The Chiefs boast one of the league’s most fearsome defenses, and the battle between they and the high-flying Steeler offense will be a fascinating clash. Kansas City will come into this game well rested, though they may have a tough time keeping up if Pittsburgh’s offense is firing on all cylinders as they were against Miami.

Among the four home teams this weekend, Las Vegas clearly has the least amount of confidence in the Chiefs at -2. Andy Reid has a history of playoff failures, so it would not be particularly shocking to see some sort of late game gaffe from him that winds up costing his team.

Pittsburgh seems to always have that championship mettle, so they are a strong bet at +2 to face the Pats in the AFC Championship Game.

Who Gets to the Super Bowl?

If the Packers are able to go into Jerry’s house and topple the Cowboys, it’s hard to imagine them faltering the next week. Things will be tough regardless of whether they are facing Atlanta or Seattle, but this team is playing with tons of confidence at the moment. If Nelson is fit to play, that offense looks primed to blitzkrieg its way to Houston.

New England is the favorite out of the AFC, of course, but the same Packers argument can be made for the Steelers. If they win at Kansas City this Sunday, they will head into Foxboro with all sorts of swagger.

Despite the respective success each of these clubs has had over the last decade or so, they have not squared off in the playoffs against one another since 2004, which was Roethlisberger’s rookie season. The Pats came out on top of that one, 41-27.

13 years is a long time to wait, but Big Ben and company will be out for some revenge if they see Brady and the Patriots again in the AFC title game.

A Steelers-Packers Super Bowl would be a rematch of Super Bowl XLV, which ironically also took place in Texas. The Packers emerged victorious in that 2011 tilt by the score of 31-25.

A repeat is in order, and the blazing hot Packers will hoist the Lombardi Trophy for a third time after beating the Steelers in the Super Bowl once again.

The current +550 odds for a Packers Super Bowl win are pretty favorable, so head over to Bovada and jump on them while you still can.온라인카지노
